John Mills is a partner at Meyer, Duffy & Associates (1994), and Meyer Duffy Ventures, LLC (1999), investment management firms focusing on early stage Internet technology infrastructure companies. Mr. Mills specializes in the development of business plans and financial forecasting, investment due diligence, deal structuring and capital formation. Prior to joining Meyer, Duffy & Associates, Mr. Mills had extensive financial and investment experience with Bank America, and with Resource Bancshares Holding Co., a financial services company with mortgage, credit card, leasing and asset management divisions.
