POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Senior Software Engineer -- Analytic Tools

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and implement features for the XML-cubed analysis product.
• Be actively involved in all stages of product development as part of a tightly knit team of senior developers.
• Research different decision support and data mining technologies.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of software development experience using C++ or Java.
• Strong debugging and problem resolution skills.
• Strong experience with relational and multidimensional databases, OLAP, data warehousing, data mining, data modeling, and/or business intelligence technologies.
• Broad design and implementation experience with enterprise wide, and scalable solutions.
• Proven design and implementation experience, preferably with a cross-platform, framework based product.
• Development experience on Solaris and Windows NT. Linux experience a plus.
• Able to schedule work and take the initiative in completing projects with little direct supervision.
• Project leadership or small development team. Management experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Senior Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for making significant contribution to new business development.
• Engages in a relationship with clients who have the need for site measurement and analytic consulting services.
• Probes and evaluates the current client environment, identifies the solution required, develops detailed, custom proposals, presents proposals to clients, follows up with client if required, closes analytic services sale.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years consulting in the analytics and business intelligence areas.
• Project leadership or small development team. Management experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience. MBA a plus.

Data Warehousing Manager

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for enhancing the design and effectiveness of the XML-cubed data warehouse.
• Help drive XML-cubed product development by suggesting new ways to explore and visualize the information within the XML-cubed warehouse.
• Analyze the design of existing customer data warehouses and propose solutions to migrate their data to XML-cubed.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years in the information systems or consulting field, designing and implementing data warehouses.
• Operational knowledge of major modeling tools, ETL tools, data cleansing tools, and display tools.
• 3+ years Oracle experience.
• Java programming experience a plus.
• BS or equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

Business Development Director

Responsibilities:
• Develop a pipeline of qualified prospective clients.
• Clearly present and articulate all customer opportunities to the development team.
• Research each opportunity to ensure our solution is presented in a compelling and meaningful way.
• Work closely with the customer manager to maintain a long-lasting and profitable client relationship that can be easily referenced.
• Communicate industry opportunities to management and help best position the company for success.
• Contribute to overall business development strategy, methodology, staffing, and tools.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years professional experience in consultative selling in the business intelligence software market.
• Experience building new business for a new technology and history of exceeding established financial targets.
• Proven hands-on experience with senior managers in medium to large businesses.
• Strong business skills, including market strategy, customer requirements and success factors, and a value-based selling process.
• Experience developing statements of work and closing contracts.
